Together with local community leaders and partners, the Stop COVID-19 program meets urgent COVID-19 needs and aims to close critical gaps between clinical care and social services in underserved communities.
This program provides FREE COVID-19 testing through mobile and local testing sites, health and safety kits, and resources to help address health-related social needs of community members. These social needs may include employment, safe housing, food insecurity, reliable transportation and financial stability.
Services provided are based on specific needs in each location, with markets continuing to be added across the country.
